Apply the deeper understanding of moderating processes to the internal moderation procedures at the ASMS and evaluate the current assessment policies of the Mathematical Studies course. Pre-Service Teacher Mentor July 2015 1.1, 2.3, 2.5, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 4.1, 4.2, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, Mentored a Pre-Service teacher on their teaching practicum at the Australian Science and Mathematics School for Stage 2 Mathematical Studies and Stage 2 Scientific Studies. Worked closely with them to develop their understanding about a teacher's role inside and outside the classroom, facilitated learning opportunities through classroom teaching and extra-curricular opportunities in School Sport. Year 10 and 11 (AC and SACE) Mathematics 2014 - Present Worked as a part of the Australian Science & Mathematics School Central Studies Mathematics team. Had a particular focus and lead the development and implementation of Modelling Tasks and Problem Based Learning Activities. Presented professional learning to staff around Problem Based Learning in Maths. Explored options, lead, and supported staff in the implementation of MyMathsOnline as a school-wide online learning platforms for students in mathematics. Taught an "All-Boys" class with a particular focus on hands-on learning and problem based learning principles. Stage 2 Mathematical Studies 2014 - Present In 2014, worked as part of the Stage 2 Mathematical Studies teaching team and, in 2015, lead the team's organisational procedures as well as SACE documentation (Learning and Assessment Plan etc.). Initiated and led internal moderation practices based on previous experience in internal moderation at Stage 1 and 2, as well as experience in 2014 and 2015 as a Stage 2 Mathematical Studies Moderator.
